The theme this week is “simplicity”. Everything this week is simple to do… enjoy!
Do This:
Simplify
This week’s “to do” is to look at the different areas in your life (work, family, finance, fun, etc.) and find areas that you can simplify… allowing or opening up more time for other things that you enjoy doing. I often here people saying all these things that they want to do but then always saying they are “too busy” to do so… so let’s make it happen.
Where can you simplify?
Remember that saying no isn’t always a bad thing… because what you say no to means you are saying yes to something else, and sometimes that yes is time for yourself and the things you love. Doesn’t mean you can say no to your workouts… you need your health too.
I can’t really give you an example given that simplifying looks different for everyone, but it could be cleaning out your closet, re-arranging your schedule to allow more free time, prep a few meals in one night to make cooking easier the rest of the week. I encourage you to really take a look at what can be simplified in your life. We all have something, it can be extremely good for your health… and may even open you and your time up for even greater things.
