Cleanse Update: Change of Plans


We are still doing the cleanse but we are now going to wait till Wednesday (3/27) to start it. After talking with a friend who has tried it and him sharing his experiences with it, we are going to do two days of a raw food diet before starting. That way we ease into rather than just a harsh stop of solid foods. It will make our cleansing a little easier.

Since I’ve got my fancy new Vitamixer that shouldn’t be too hard. Lot’s of yummy juices and salads… then the fun begins. Updates still to follow…

Happy Green Juice
1 cucumber
2 celery stalks
2 pears
1/3 cantaloupe
6-8 kale leaves
1/2 lemon
1 inch of ginger
