I love eggs. I literally could eat them everyday. I understand that eggs aren’t for everyone, but if you are an egg lover, you might find these following recipes at the top of you must try list.

But before we get to the goods, let me share the benefits of the all amazing egg.

They contain vitamin B12, which is necessary for fat breakdown and muscle contraction.

Eggs are rich in vitamins and minerals; they’re packed with riboflavin, folate, vitamins B6, B12, D, and E, and iron, phosphorus, and zinc.

Not to mention that they are delicious! My favorite way to eat them is on toasted bread with coconut oil, avocado and sea salt.
