A crazy thing happened over Father’s Day weekend. I couldn’t finish a cupcake!!! I know, crazy. Those of you that know me are probably shocked. I have been cutting out sugars from my diet for a few weeks now so it was no surprise that my body rejected the sugar from the cupcake… which I’m actually happy for. It’s about time my sweet tooth is put in check. But I still have a sweet tooth but have now discovered something to satisfy those sweet cravings… PB Peanut Butter’s White Chocolate Peanut Butter peanut butter. It’s peanut butter mixed with M&M’s. The company is based in San Diego so I’m quite excited to have first hand access to it.

Why am I addicted to it? Well it has just enough sweet to make me feel that I’m eating something sweet but since it’s peanut butter I’m also getting healthy fats and protein. The company uses 100% USDA Certified ORGANIC Valencia peanuts and don’t crush them until you’ve ordered a jar – so then when I get a jar it’s been freshly made! I specifically LOVE the M&M one but they have all sorts of flavors. Which include: Cinnamon, Dark Chocolate, Caramel, Butterscotch, Toffee, Pretzel (yep – and it’s amazing), White Chocolate, Chocolate, Traditional and Traditional Unsalted. Right now they are just making nut butters with the peanuts but soon hope to introduce almond butters and macadamia butters as well… excited for those!

Since I’ve cut out most sugars from my diet this little peanut butter treat has been a blessing. One spoonful and I’m satisfied. So bye bye cupcakes for a while and helloooo PB Peanut Butter!
