Do you use Coconut Oil? If not, maybe you might want to consider picking some up at the store next time. Coconut has so many uses and health benefits I may not be able to list them all here… but I’ll do my best. I use the stuff all the time and for many things. I swear by it which is why I want to share it’s amazingness with you!

Some of the most common uses:

  • Cooking
  • Body Moisturizer
  • Hair Conditioner
  • Lubricant
  • Health Supplement
  • Pet Health
  • Massage Oil

Benefits when Ingested:

  • Supports healthy thyroid function
  • Natural energy boost
  • Boosts metabolism
  • Can help prevent or reverse Alzheimers
  • Helps digestion and may even kill intestinal parasites or yeast (some evidence shows)
  • Can help improve insulin levels
  • Can help improve cholesterol ratios
  • Helps speed recovery from the flu or cold
  • Can increase mental alertness
  • Can help with allergy symptoms
  • Can boost circulation
  • When taken regularly, it can boost hormone production
  • A tablespoon taken before each meal can help improve digestion

  • A small amount can be rubbed into real leather to soften and condition (shiny leather only… test a small area first)
  • Engine lubricant/motor oil (Google it… pretty cool stuff)
  • Condition wood cutting boards
  • Bronze polish
  • In replace of WD-40
  • Chewing gum remover
  • Remove labels from bottles (acts and an adhesive solvent)
