Master Cleanse Day 4 & 5: Almost Gave In

Master Cleanse Day 2: Everyone Has Something to Say

Cleanse Update: Change of Plans

We are still doing the cleanse but we are now going to wait till Wednesday (3/27) to start it. After talking with a friend who has tried it and him sharing his experiences with it, we are going to do two days of a raw food diet before starting. That way we ease into rather than just a harsh stop of solid foods. It will make our cleansing a little easier. Since I’ve got my fancy new Vitamixer that shouldn’t be too hard.
