Simple Pleasure #19: PB Peanut Butter

A crazy thing happened over Father’s Day weekend. I couldn’t finish a cupcake!!! I know, crazy. Those of you that know me are probably shocked. I have been cutting out sugars from my diet for a few weeks now so it was no surprise that my body rejected the sugar from the cupcake… which I’m actually happy for. It’s about time my sweet tooth is put in check. But I still have a sweet tooth but have now discovered something to satisfy those sweet cravings… PB Peanut Butter’s White Chocolate Peanut Butter peanut butter. Simple Pleasure #3: Matcha Green Tea

I love this stuff!!! It has all the benefits of regular green tea but because it’s a powder it is used in all sorts of food and beverage products… I think the most famous is green tea ice cream (also a favorite of mine). It also makes delicious green tea lattes. At home I make my own by mixing matcha green tea powder (I buy mine in bulk from a local Co-Op), vanilla hemp milk (tempt brand is my favorite), and a small spoonful of raw honey.
