The List

The List is kinda like a bucket list slash life goals list. I feel that a bucket list implies things that need to be completed before you die and if not then you have failed or missed out. Where as this list is things that I would like to do or accomplish but without the expectation of them needing to happen in order for me to be fulfilled or be living a fulfilling life. It’s more of a guide to keep me on track with what I’m passionate about. At the end of my life if there is something that I have not done I will not be laying on my death bed regretting anything, I will be laying in gratitude for all the wonderful things that I did get to do and experience.

Making a List for yourself is important because it gives you an opportunity to discover what you really enjoy and what to do with the time you spend here on earth. Who really wants to work a 9-5 job for the rest of their life? We are not here to do that… we are here to experience all that is offered (and that’s a lot), so write up a list. Don’t hold anything back, then set out to make it happen if it’s truly something you want to do. And remember… don’t be attached, you can be committed but don’t hold any expectation to an outcome. If you do what you love from a place of love then all that is present is love… get it?

I post my list to share with the world as a way to keep myself committed and accountable. My list is in no way completed and may change at any moment as I change. These are things that resinate with me, they may not be your cup of tea but that’s ok, that’s why making your own list is important. I just can only wish that this list inspires you to get in touch with what brings you joy and has you feeling alive… find it… and live it. Enjoy.
