Tipsy Tuesday: 4 Exercises to Burn Extra Calories (video)

I have a little treat for you. When it comes to working out and learning new exercises seeing it done makes it much easier to learn. The Sporting Club shot a quick little segment for Channel 6 News here in San Diego and, yours truly, got to demo the exercises.

The four exercises are great to add to the end of a workout to burn those extra calories. It goes quick – 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off. The video explains it. Give it a view and I’m sure you’ll have a little chuckle watching me jump up and down. Happy workouts!
